About Hammer Residences, Inc.

Since 1923, Hammer Residences, Inc. has helped thousands of adults and children with developmental disabilities experience life to its fullest. We are a community of people who respect an individual's abilities, whose collective spirit makes dreams come true and whose innovations continue to lead the way. Hammer operates 46 homes and apartment programs, and our staff support over 750 individuals. We also offer In-home support services,uniquely designed to meet the needs and desires of people with disabilities in their family's home. Since 2007, Hammer has been an authorized case management provider for Hennepin County, contributing a vital link as families navigate the maze of the social service system while promoting consumer choice and self-determination.
